The Buyer has the right to complaint and return items in the following cases:
– if product expired
– if product is defective or damaged
– if wrong item delivered

The Seller will refuse an exchange or refund if items are not ready for resale. All products that are returned must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. The items should be returned to the Seller within 14 days.
The Seller cannot accept returns on our sample products or products that have been purchased on sale!

The Seller is not liable for any damages that might arise during the delivery. Otherwise, the conditions of the goods shall be deemed as delivered in the agreed upon condition.

When returning the product, the customer should suitably pack the products in order to avoid transportation damage. Otherwise, the refund or replacement will not be respected. After the complaint has been approved, the Seller will make a replacement of the products or refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. In case of refund, the Seller will refund the product price paid only and the shipping cost is non-refundable
